Pilot-built home flight simulators

Built by someone who's actually flown the aircraft.

I'm an active military pilot based in Dublin, and outside of flying I design and hand-build custom home flight simulators — planned around how you actually fly, delivered to your door, and set up by me, in person.

Why it's different
01

Real cockpit logic

Switch layouts, control feel and instrument scan are set up the way an actual cockpit is flown — not just arranged to look good in a photo.

02

Built for the aircraft you love

Tell me what you want to fly — GA, airliner, helicopter, fast jet — and the controls, panels and software get chosen to match it.

03

Fast, tidy install

Every component is sourced and ready before I arrive, so setup happens at your place in hours, not days — then I walk you through flying it before I leave.

How a build happens

Four stages, start to first take-off.

STAGE 01

Consultation call

About an hour on the phone to talk through what you want to fly, your space, and your budget.

STAGE 02

Research & proposal

I research and price out the right components for what you're after, and put together three build options to choose from.

STAGE 03

Payment & sourcing

Once you pick a build, payment secures your order — everything is then bought and delivered to me individually.

STAGE 04

On-site setup

With every part already in hand, I come to you and get you flying — usually within a couple of hours, not a full day.

Build options

Three starting points. Every build is still built around you.

These are starting prices to give you a sense of scale — every quote is worked out properly during the consultation, based on the aircraft you want to fly and the space you have.

Want something between tiers, or built around specific hardware you already own? Every build is quoted individually — these figures are a starting guide, not a fixed menu. Once you choose a build, payment secures the order before anything is bought, and every component is then sourced individually for your setup. Travel outside Dublin is quoted separately and added to the final price.

Where I build

Based in Dublin. Happy to fly further.

Most builds happen in and around Dublin, but I'll travel anywhere in Ireland for the right project — a travel fee is added to cover the extra distance and time, worked out at the consultation stage.
